Laminate
Contrary to popular belief, never mop your laminate floor and try to avoid excessive moisture contact. Also your laminate floor is not bomb proof so protect your floor using felt pads or castors under your furniture.
Vacuum clean or sweep the floor using the recommended manufacturers microfibre to remove dirt and dust. When necessary, use a damp cloth.
The removal of ordinary stains:
- Apply recommended manufacturers spray cleaner on the stain.
- Allow cleaner to dissolve the stains for a few minutes.
- Wipe the floor with a damp cloth (using only water).
Your laminate floor should not be waxed or polished. Never scrub with steel wool or any other coarse material as this may have a negative effect on the appearance and structure.
